You'll leverage tools like BambooHR for HRIS, Google Workspace for communication, and Zoom for virtual meetings. With over 5 years of experience in HR, you'll bring a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and a passion for creating a positive workplace environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, using BambooHR.
• Conduct performance appraisals and develop professional development plans for employees.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys to gather feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, addressing queries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage HR-related expenses and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using HRIS tools like BambooHR and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
