In this remote role, you will be responsible for providing personalized travel advice, booking flights and accommodations, and assisting with itinerary planning. You’ll use tools like Salesforce, Expedia, and Kayak to create seamless travel experiences. With your fluency in French and English, you’ll be able to cater to a diverse clientele, making travel planning a breeze.

• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to premium card members.
• Book flights, accommodations, and activities using Salesforce, Expedia, and Kayak.
• Assist with itinerary planning and ensure all travel arrangements meet the client's needs.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive travel experience.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry news to provide the best advice.
• Collaborate with the travel team to ensure all bookings and services are executed flawlessly.
• Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of travel services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field.
• Proficient in using travel booking software such as Salesforce, Expedia, and Kayak.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple travel bookings simultaneously.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of Bali and the surrounding areas, including local customs and travel etiquette.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Valid work visa for Indonesia.
