📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to ensure a sustainable and efficient supply chain.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers, focusing on sustainability and quality.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to optimize costs and delivery times.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet sustainability and quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in our sourcing processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and ethical sourcing practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in global sourcing, with a focus on the apparel industry.
• Proven track record of developing and managing global supplier relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Certification in sustainable sourcing or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
