📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Peace and Order Section, ensuring the safety and security of the community.

• Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance community policing and public order.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Peace and Order Section, making data-driven decisions to improve services.
• Represent the Regional Government of Bangka Belitung Islands at local and regional events, promoting the importance of public safety and community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law Enforcement, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in law enforcement, community policing, or public administration.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and cooperation with the community.
• Proficiency in using law enforcement software, such as SAPOLRI (Sistem Aplikasi Polri) or similar systems.
• Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and policies related to public safety and community policing.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in emergency situations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
