Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Border Management to lead our border security initiatives in Pangkalpinang. 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in border management or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of national and international border management regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of border management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
