As the Digital Sales & Marketing Manager/Executive at PSF Trading, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, managing our online advertising campaigns, and driving our sales efforts across various digital channels. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing and sales activities, ultimately contributing to the achievement of our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue high-potential leads, and drive conversions through targeted marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our digital marketing and sales processes.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of our digital marketing and sales initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, and mentor and develop the skills of your team members.
• Represent PSF Trading at industry events, networking opportunities, and other relevant professional gatherings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and techniques, and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing programs is a plus.
