📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and performance of esports teams, ensuring they meet high standards of excellence.
• Identify, recruit, and manage top esports talent, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the esports organization, including team development, event participation, and community engagement.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, sponsors, and media outlets to enhance our brand visibility and impact.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote our esports teams and events.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the esports industry, applying this knowledge to inform our strategic decisions.
• Represent Digital Arena Gaming at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand our network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in esports management, team development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing esports teams and driving organizational growth.
• Strong understanding of the esports industry, including its business models, trends, and key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Familiarity with esports software and platforms, such as Faceit, ESEA, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
