📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Advising on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Overseeing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handling employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Managing HR information systems and ensuring data accuracy.,Representing the company at HR-related events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in managing HR functions.
