The Stones Hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager-MICE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel's Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) business. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of events at our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the MICE business.,Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and events.,Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for MICE events.,Leverage marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain clients.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and event attendees.,Work closely with the hotel's departments to ensure seamless event execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, particularly in the MICE industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the MICE industry and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and event management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian hospitality industry and local market dynamics.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
