📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the construction and heavy equipment sector.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and safety trends.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety coordination role, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to the construction and heavy equipment sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with safety management systems and software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
