📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure the restaurant meets financial targets and budgets.,Represent the restaurant at events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions and staff management.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Education in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
