📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.,Training and mentoring junior lab technicians to maintain high standards of performance.,Developing and implementing new laboratory procedures and protocols.,Conducting research and development to improve existing laboratory processes.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Providing technical support and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biology, or laboratory science.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, techniques, and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid certification or license in a relevant field is a plus.
