📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and bookkeepers,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
