Web Up Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gorontalo. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing a flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and manage vehicle usage and maintenance.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, and implement strategies to optimize fuel efficiency.,Oversee the fleet's insurance and compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, and keep detailed records of all activities.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety procedures.,Collaborate with the finance team to manage and track fleet-related expenses.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with budgeting and financial management is a plus.
