Easy Plus Mandiri is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kendal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, operated, and utilized efficiently. This is a hybrid role, combining office and fieldwork, offering a dynamic and challenging environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance schedules and driver assignments.,Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition through regular inspections and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle usage to optimize costs and efficiency.,Handle vehicle repairs and coordinate with external service providers as needed.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to other departments as needed, such as logistics and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
