In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle usage and ensure timely availability.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with trusted mechanics to keep the fleet in top shape.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures for vehicle use.,Generate and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other stakeholders on vehicle-related matters.,Participate in regular fleet reviews and meetings to discuss performance and improvement opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
