📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that the store is maintained to a high standard.,Manage and train staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the Agung Zahra Mart.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving store performance.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
