📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the telesales team in making outbound calls to potential customers.,Provide product information and answer customer inquiries accurately and professionally.,Assist in closing sales by following up with leads and negotiating deals.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the company's CRM system.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and sales techniques.,Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
