📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and coordinate the work of dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Implement and monitor operational procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and service quality.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.,Develop and maintain schedules for staff and patients to optimize efficiency and minimize wait times.,Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective operations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to foster professional growth.,Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or operational role within the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and lead a team.,Proficient in using office software and tools for scheduling, inventory management, and record-keeping.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is preferred.
