PT Property Kencana Sentosa is looking for an experienced Affiliate Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our affiliate marketing programs, driving traffic and sales through strategic partnerships, and optimizing our affiliate marketing campaigns to achieve our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize our affiliate marketing programs to maximize revenue and ROI.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage strategic affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  • Create and implement affiliate marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a successful track record of driving traffic and sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
