📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting team, including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.,Monitor and control accounting expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
