FFM Grains & Mills is seeking a highly experienced Site Safety Supervisor cum AGT & Entry Supervisor to join our team in Bali. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the safety and operational efficiency of our facilities in various locations across Bali.

As a Site Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our workforce and compliance with all safety regulations. Additionally, you will act as an AGT (Agen Ganti Tugasan) and Entry Supervisor, overseeing the entry and exit of personnel and materials.

We offer a competitive salary of MYR 6000 - 8000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure the safety of all personnel on-site by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Act as AGT (Agen Ganti Tugasan) to oversee the temporary assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the entry and exit of personnel and materials, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of safety and security measures.
  • Investigate and report any incidents or accidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety and security activities and incidents.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing and supervising a team.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
