📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Monitor and maintain cash levels in the teller area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist in training and supervising junior tellers.,Perform other related duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Teller or similar role in the banking industry.,Strong knowledge of banking products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid banking license or certification.,Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is a plus.
