Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve business processes.,Managing and mentoring the operations team to achieve company goals.,Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to align operations with business objectives.,Identifying and mitigating operational risks to minimize disruptions.,Leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations and improving efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Familiarity with the mining or industrial sector is advantageous.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
