📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate a team of professionals to ensure project completion on time and within budget.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.,Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management principles.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
