Village Market Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Singkawang. As a HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This is an immediate opportunity to be part of a growing company in the retail sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and development activities.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in retail or similar industries.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Good understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.
