Mandiri Shipping is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR operations and contributing to a positive work environment. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to join our growing team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related communications.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
