Max Crystal Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Pluit, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination and a passion for efficiency and organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of logistics operations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the management of warehouse operations and inventory control.,Provide support to the Logistics Manager in the development of logistics strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
