📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and manage medical and employee benefits claims from submission to final approval.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and employees to resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely payment of claims to healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth claims process.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and healthcare providers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in claims processing or a related role.
- Proficient in using claims management software such as ClaimWorks, ICS, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and employee benefits regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
