📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.,Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and initiatives.,Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
