📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
